Assez des pâtes et du riz traditionnels! Ces derniers temps j'aime bien innover avec de nouvelles céréales! Après avoir essayé les spaghettis au quinoa, aujourd'hui j'ai improvisé avec un mélange de graines et de céréales, relevé d'herbes et de champignons. Une variation des plus intéressantes, à retenir pour changer du quotidien!Graines et céréales aux champignons
350 gr d'un mélange de céréales quinoa, riz complet, millet, sésame
15 champignons de paris
1 oignon
1 échalotte
Quelques brins de persil et de ciboulette frais
2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
Sel, poivre
1 pincée de gros sel
Faire cuire les céréales dans de l'eau bouillante salée, 20 minutes, en écumant si nécessaire les dépots.
Laver et émincer l'oignon et l'échalotte, les faire suer dans une grande poële avec l'huile d'olive. Préparer et couper les champignons et les faire revenir avec l'oignon et l'échalotte. Ajouter les céréales préalablement égouttées, mélanger. Emincer et ajouter les herbes, saler, poivrer.
Faire revenir encore quelques minutes, servir aussitôt tel quel, ou saupoudré de parmesan frais.
